The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the interview with Sonia Friedman from Front Row on BBC Radio Four earlier this evening.
Sonia is the producer of David Tennant's production of Much Ado About Nothing at the Wyndham Theatre. Her interview lasts almost 12 minutes and, although David's production is barely mentioned, it's a fascinating interview exploring the finances of staging a West End and a Broadway production.
Click here to listen to it and if you just want to hear the David Tennant mention then that is at 9 minutes 55 seconds.

The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a short blurb and photo which was printed in the Evening Standard on Wednesday 13th July 2011.
It's unclear why the newspaper chose to publish the photo that day as David Tennant and Catherine Tate sign autographs after most performances of Much Ado About Nothing!
It's a slightly unusual David Tennant Treat 4 Today as we have two questions about David Tennant!
If you know the answer to either or both of these questions, please could you either post it in the comments section or tweet your reply using @David_Tennant or email us at DavidTennantOnTwitter@gmail.com
The first question we were sent from a fan of David's and it relates to an interview when she believes that he was asked if he had ever legally changed his name. Apparently his answer was something like he had considered it, but didn't do it because his parents probably wouldn't be happy about it and that he finds it weird to sign legal stuff with his real name.
She also said that she can not remember if this was a print, television or radio interview.
The second question relates to the programmes for Much Ado About Nothing from the Wyndham Theatre. A fan has contacted us because he bought a programme near the start of the run which had as its final page an article titled Getting Over It. He then bought another programme recently which had on that page an article about Terrence Rattigan. (There are a few other differences too but that is the best way to differentiate between the two versions.)
His question is whether there have been any other versions of the programme sold and, if so, what was on the final page of those and when did you buy them?

This is just a sample of magazines which David was on the cover of during those years.
There are lots of videos of David Tennant and Catherine Tate signing autographs and meeting fans at the stage door after performances of Much Ado About Nothing but most of these videos only show part of the signings.
Therefore many thanks to kandywho for recording the whole of the signing on 24th June which is the David Tennant Treat 4 Today.
I'm not really sure that the David Tennant Treat 4 Today can honestly be called "a Treat" today as it's David Tennant deliberately signing out of tune!
It starts at around the 7 minute mark in the video below.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today will probably make a few people go "Ewww!" It's the Bee Man from the David Tennant narrated nature programme Swarm. Click here to view it.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the photo of David Tennant and Catherine Tate from tonight's edition of the Evening Standard which we tweeted earlier.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a link to David Tennant's interview by Michael Parkinson. This was recorded on 3rd May 2007 and, having been in the audience myself that day, most of the interview was actually broadcast.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is a MP3 of the fourth and final episode of The Gobetweenies which was first broadcast on Friday 13th May on BBC Radio Four.
This episode is called Befriending Freddie.
Click here to listen to it and many thanks to Diana for providing the MP3.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the prize for the 100th David Tennant Quiz which we held earlier tonight.
It's a sweet (and short) question and answer session with David Tennant by The Guardian newspaper from 1999 to help promote his movie LA Without A Map.
As today is the premiere screening of the final Harry Potter movie in Trafalgar Square, the David Tennant Treat 4 Today, as suggested by melbale9, is a clip of David Tennant at the Harry Potter Goblet Of Fire premiere in Leicester Square.
The David Tennant Treat 4 Today is the fourth vampire story which David Tennant read during his stint on Book At Bedtime in November 2010.
This story is called Luella Miller. The description the BBC posted was "Luella Miller seems incapable of surviving on her own - so she calls on friends, relatives and lovers to help her. And they all die - one by one - until there is no one left to lift a finger to assist this most demanding of women. An unusual tale - set in small town America."
