Fans were asked to email questions for David to be asked during an interview which was being conducted on behalf of MSN a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the interviewer just read the questions and didn't really interact with David in any way.

However David is his usual charming self and expands on the questions - he must be an interviewer's dream guest!
